If we do not receive notice from you after your scheduled arrival time, your reservation may be canceled. If you expect to arrive later than your planned time, please be sure to contact the hotel in advance.

Guests will be charged with late check-out fee when occupying a room after check-out times listed below. We may refuse requests for late check-out when fully-booked. For phone calls made during your stay, the full charge will be imposed during check-out

  Until 14:00: ¥1,000 (tax included) per hour After 14:00: 100% of the accommodation fee for the whole night *Only when during vacancies

• Room Cleaning for Multiple Night Stays

  Regular room cleaning is provided once every three days. On other days, we offer "ECO Stay" service. Room cleaning will be completed by 3:00 PM. If you would like it to be finished earlier, please inform the front desk in advance.

• Room Change for Long-term Stays

  At Toyoko Inn, we strive to keep our guest rooms clean at all times in accordance with Article 4 of the Hotel Business Act. For long-term stays, guests will be asked to change their rooms on their 8th night for a deep cleaning purposes.

• Accommodation for Children

  Children in elementary school or younger can share a bed with an adult for free (one child per bed). When searching for a hotel, please specify the number of people excluding children who will be sharing a bed. If a child will be using a bed alone or if the child is a junior high school student or older, please include them in the number of people.

• Reservations Involving Minors Only (Without Adults)

  If minors are staying without adult supervision, we may contact a guardian for confirmation. Please note that, depending on the circumstances, we may refuse accommodation. For hotels in Korea, submission of a "Parental/Guardian Consent Form for Minor Accommodation" and a copy of the guardian’s ID is required prior to check-in. Under Korean law, minors are not permitted to stay in the same room with someone of the opposite sex.
