Notice to Guests Staying Two Nights or More: Our "ECO Stay" Initiative
Dear valued guests of Toyoko Inn, We would like to extend our sincere gratitude for your continued support over the past years. As part of our commitment to environmental conservation, Toyoko Inn is introducing an “ECO Stay” program for hotels located in Japan. Starting from stays on June 3, 2025, our room cleaning policy for consecutive nights will be revised as outlined below.
Cleaning Schedules For Stays Longer Than 2 Nights
Regular room cleaning will be provided once every 3 days. Within these intervals, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our “ECO Stay” policy.
* To ensure hygiene standards, rooms will be cleaned once every three days. * Daily cleaning will be provided for pet-friendly rooms,
About ECO Stay
Our staff will enter your room to replace towels, remove trash, and make the bed.
If No Cleaning is Required During "ECO Stay" Period
Please attach the "Do not disturb" sign outside your door by 10am. The staff will leave fresh set of towels on the door knob without entering.
If You Require Cleaning During "ECO Stay" Period
Please inquire the front desk by the day before cleaning is required.
Scheduled Cleaning Days
In addition to the “ECO Stay” service, full cleaning—including bed linen replacement and unit bath cleaning—will be provided on designated cleaning days.
