The rate displayed on the homepage includes consumption tax for hotels within Japan as well as accomodation tax (where applicable). You can check whether accomodation tax has been included on the booking confirmation screen.

Application Period
Toyoko Inn Club Card members and Toyoko Inn Business Club members can apply from 12 months prior until the check-in date. Members of the public can apply from 9 months prior until the check-in date. Please note that in the case of full occupancy, it may not be possible to process all requests.

Reservation Settlement Period
When you reserve through the Toyoko Inn official website, your application is settled as soon as you reach the reservation completion screen.
Service Provision Period
Service will be provided from the established check-in time until check-out.
The standard check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Check-in and check-out times may differ based on your chosen plan so please check the specifics of your reservation.
Service Fee Settlement Method
Online pre-payment: the payment will be settled at the time of booking
On-site payment: the payment will be settled at the time of check-in or check-out by cash, credit card or mobile QR code payment.
About Cancellations
After 12:00 on the day of check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the booking cost.
If you wish to cancel during a stay, you must inform us before 10:00 on the day you wish to check out. In failing to do so, you will be charged the full rate for the next day.
With regards to group bookings, cancellation within 7 days will incur a 10% cancellation fee; cancellation between 2-6 days will incur a 30% fee; cancellation on the previous day will incur a 50% fee and cancellation on the day of check-in will incur a 100% cancellation. Depending on your chosen plan, there may be cases where the cancellation fee differs from those listed above so please check the specifics of your reservation.
About Refunds
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds after your stay.
For bookings cancelled in advance that were settled by online credit-card payment, your refund will be issued through your credit card company.
