Submit the application form
After submitting the form here, please make a note of your application number
Complete your registration before check-in
When you check in, provide your application number and pay the new member admin fee. *Students must provide student ID (copies will not be accepted)
Receive your new Club Card
You will receive your Club Card when you check out. *Customers who are not staying at a hotel may complete their registration at any time

Hotels located outside of Japan have different reservation sites and membership systems.

Membership privileges do not apply to stays reserved through websites other than the official Toyoko Inn website or through travel agencies. Also, it is not possible to take advantage of the offer of one free night in a single room.

Members must present a card or digital membership card in their own name on the day of their stay to be eligible for membership privileges. We cannot offer membership discounts or points if guests do not present a card (photocopies of the card or photos taken of the card or digital membership card are not acceptable). Also, membership privileges apply only to the room occupied by the member himself/herself.

We will ask for your ID when we issue your card. Students must present their student ID (copy not accepted).

Toyoko Inn Club Card memberships are open to those of middle school age or older.
