Notice Regarding the Use of Mobile Battery Packs

Thank you for choosing Toyoko Inn. There have been reports both in Japan and overseas of mobile battery packs emitting smoke or generating excessive heat. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation when using mobile battery packs.

Please refrain from using or charging mobile battery packs in the following situations.

Charging while away from the room or while sleeping

・

Using or charging products showing overheating, smoke, or other abnormalities

・

Using or charging on beds or bed sheets

・

Using or charging under direct sunlight

・

Charging wet devices

・

Charging multiple devices from the same outlet or charging for extended periods

To prevent serious accidents such as fires, hotel staff may stop the charging of mobile battery packs or move them during room cleaning or other services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation for everyone’s safety.
