If you wish to send luggage or packages in advance, please ensure the following details are clearly indicated: 1. Reservation number 2. Name of the guest (as shown on the passport) Should we be unable to locate your reservation, we regret that we will be unable to accept or hold any luggage or packages on your behalf. All accepted packages will be stored at room temperature. Please note that we are unable to accept items requiring refrigeration or freezing. Luggage storage is available on the day of check-in and check-out only. For large quantities or other special circumstances, the final decision will be made by our on-site staff. Please note that we are unable to respond to enquiries regarding luggage storage.
