The Heartful Room® was developed to ensure that all guests can enjoy a convenient and comfortable stay. We will continue to improve our offerings by incorporating feedback, comments, and requests from our valued guests.

Our Room Types
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we offer 2 types of Heartful Rooms®. Please check the hotel search function or the individual hotel pages for information on the availability and types of Heartful Rooms® at each location.

The bathroom, toilet, and washbasin are integrated into a single spacious area, allowing for easy access to all areas.
Type B
Type B features a separate layout, with the bathroom and the toilet/washbasin divided into two independent rooms.
* Please note that room size, type (single or twin), and layout may vary depending on the hotel. We encourage you to contact each hotel directly for details. * Some rooms are equipped with showers only and do not have bathtubs.

・Unfortunately, hotel staffs are unable to provide constant personal assistance to individual guests. Guests who require help with meals, restroom use, bathing, or personal grooming must be accompanied by a caregiver. ・Hotel staffs are unable to assist with pick-ups from locations outside the hotel or with shopping errands. ・We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation when making a reservation.
