As part of our commitment to environmental conservation, Toyoko Inn is introducing an “ECO Stay” program for hotels located in Japan. From stays starting June 3, 2025, the cleaning policy for consecutive nights will be changed as follows.
Room Cleaning for Consecutive Stays
Standard room cleaning will be done once every three days; on other days, the "ECO Stay" system will be applied.
- For hygiene reasons, cleaning will be provided at least once every three days.
- Guests staying with pets will have their rooms cleaned daily
About the "ECO Stay"
Our staff will enter your room to replace towels, collect trash, and tidy the bed.
If you do not wish staff to enter your room on an "ECO Stay" day
Please hang the "Do not Disturb" card on the hallway-side door by 10 a.m. Fresh towels will be left on the doorknob.
If you prefer cleaning on an "ECO Stay" day
Please inform us by the day before.
Cleaning Days
In addition to ECO Stay service, standard cleaning such as bed linen replacement and unit bath cleaning will be provided.
