Free Wi-Fi
- Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and the lobby. You can connect your mobile devices including laptops, smartphones, and tablets.
- Our hotels do not provide any technical support for the configuration on your computers or mobile devices. Please note that you are responsible for the security settings to protect and manage your devices.
- Please understand that the network speed may slow down or be interrupted depending on the condition of the internet connection or due to network congestion.
- We kindly ask you to note that our hotels are not responsible for any loss or damage due to unexpected suspensions or irregularities while using this service .
- In consideration of other guests, we kindly ask you to refrain from occupying the connection by uploading or downloading large data. Moreover, please be aware that we may stop providing this system without prior notice due to disturbances of the communication facilities or connection failures.
Self-check-in Machine
- Self check-in Machines: Available in the lobby or by the reception in most hotels (please check each hotel page for availability).
- Check-In Process: If you are a member, simply hold your membership card on the check-in machine. If you are not a member, please enter your booking details and check in.
PC and Colour Printer
- Available 24/7 in the lobby, free for overnight guests.
- Please limit usage time to allow access for others.
- No setting changes or data saving allowed.
Free Breakfast
- Unique complimentary breakfast at every Toyoko Inn.
- Menu varies by hotel, may include bread, onigiri, soup, and coffee.
- Available from 6:30/7:00 to 9:30/9:00, depending on the hotel. Please verify times with the hotel.
AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
- Available at the entrance or in the lobby of every Toyoko Inn.
- Intended for use in cardiac arrest emergencies, accessible to all.
Laundry Rooms
- Located on the lobby level, available for guests. Availability varies by hotel.
- Guests are responsible for their belongings.
- Washing tablets can be purchased in the laundry room or at reception.
Toiletries & Nightwear
- Nightwear is available in the guest rooms (and in the lobby for some hotels). Please note that quantities are limited, but if you require larger nightwear, do not hesitate to ask the reception.
- Toothbrush sets, razors, combs, and other amenities are available at the amenities corner near the reception. Please pick them up when you check in.
VOD
- Access over 200 films on your guestroom TV.
- Available for 500 yen via reception or online payment.
- Not available in hotels outside Japan and select hotels within Japan.
Meeting Rooms
- Available for a fee in some hotels.
