-No ID No Check -in policy to all guests.(Government ID's, Passport, Driver's license is accepted)

-Shuttle pick up& drop off, reservation must be done 1day prior to arrival day/departure day. Please make reservation in advance.

-Guest with shuttle reservation (Airport-Hotel) For Domestic please wait in front of JOLLIBEE, for International kindly wait in the waiting chair provided in the exit area only.
