Hotel Chain Toyoko Inn - Top > No.1 front desk service championship! "The 3rd Omotenashi (hospitality) Championship" to be held!! -Who will become the top amongst 2,400 staff?-
Toyoko Inn will once again hold "The Omotenashi Championship" this year to further improve the quality of customer services of our front desk staff.
In "The Omotenashi Championship", our front desk staff working in all of the 264 Toyoko Inn hotels in both Japan and abroad will compete against each other in their skills and levels of front desk services. In the end, "the omotenashi No.1 staff" will be selected for most excellent customer service among approximately 2,400 front desk staff of all the Toyoko Inn hotels.
1. Selection of hotel representatives (The first preliminary)
One person will be selected as the hotel representative from each hotel based on the voting of guests and hotel staff.
2. Regional preliminary (The second preliminary)
Regional representatives will be selected from the staff chosen as hotel representatives.
3. The national championship (The final)
The regional representatives will role play customer service in front of all the hotel managers and judges, and "the omotenashi No.1 staff" will be selected.

During the voting period, the front desk staff will give you a ballot stamped with the staff’s name when you check-in. If you are satisfied with the way the staff served you, please cast the ballot. We would appreciate it if you could write what was good about the staff’s service.
The winner of the national championship (the final) will be announced on our website at the end of June.
